Purpose/Value of support:
The Advanced Cellular Health Blood Test package can support:
- Supports baseline health assessment prior to cell-based therapy: provides data on hematology, liver and kidney function, electrolytes, blood glucose, lipids, thyroid function, viral hepatitis status, and inflammation levels for clinical evaluation.
- Assists in estimating biological age using blood biomarkers: Albumin, Creatinine, Glucose, CRP, ALP, and CBC parameters (such as WBC, lymphocyte percentage, MCV, and RDW) can be utilized in algorithms to estimate biological age (e.g., phenotypic age).
- Assesses baseline inflammation: CRP helps indicate acute or systemic inflammation; elevated CRP levels require investigation into the underlying cause before interpreting biological age or proceeding with restorative therapy.
- Evaluates liver function and protein reserves: AST, ALT, GGT, ALP, and Albumin assist clinicians in assessing liver and biliary health, nutritional status, protein synthesis, and the body’s biological responsiveness.
Evaluates kidney function and electrolyte balance: Creatinine/eGFR, Urea, Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, and Calcium help assess safety prior to infusion/injection therapies or intensive care procedures.
- Assessment of glucose and lipid metabolism: Fasting Blood Sugar, HbA1c, and lipid profile help identify risks associated with pre-diabetes, diabetes, dyslipidemia, and cardiometabolic issues.
- Thyroid assessment: TSH, FT3, and FT4 aid in detecting thyroid disorders that may impact fatigue, weight, heart rate, sleep, metabolism, and recovery.
Initial screening for Hepatitis B/C: helps identify the risk of viral liver disease or Hepatitis B immunity status prior to intensive health programs. - Pre- and post-treatment monitoring: results can serve as baseline data for periodic comparison following interventions; however, interpretation must account for the timing of sample collection, inflammation, acute illness, current medications, and lifestyle changes.
Target audience
The Advanced Cellular Health Blood Test package may be considered for:
- Clients planning to undergo cell-based therapies, intensive recovery regimens, IV therapy, or personalized wellness programs.
- Clients wishing to assess baseline metrics to help estimate biological age using blood biomarkers.
- Individuals experiencing persistent fatigue, slow recovery, chronic stress, sleep disturbances, weight fluctuations, or unexplained physical decline.
- Individuals with metabolic risk factors such as being overweight, abdominal obesity, a sedentary lifestyle, dyslipidemia, hyperglycemia, hypertension, gout, or a family history of metabolic disease.
- Individuals at risk of alcohol-related liver disease, fatty liver, or liver issues due to long-term medication use, abnormal liver enzymes, or unknown Hepatitis B/C status.
- Individuals exhibiting symptoms suggestive of thyroid disorders, such as palpitations, hand tremors, weight loss or gain, cold intolerance, constipation, hair loss, fatigue, or menstrual irregularities.
- Clients requiring periodic monitoring before and after an intensive health care program to assess biomarker trends over time.
Preparation for the test
The Advanced Cellular Health Blood Test package may be considered for:
- You should fast for approximately 8–12 hours before the blood draw if tests for fasting blood glucose and triglycerides are included; plain water is permitted.
- If possible, avoid alcohol, high-fat meals, and strenuous physical activity for 24 hours prior to the test.
- Do not provide a sample if you have a fever, an acute infection, an injury, recent surgery, severe vomiting, or acute inflammation—particularly if the primary goal is determining biological age—as CRP levels and certain blood markers may be affected.
- Do not discontinue any medications you are currently taking without consulting your doctor.
- Inform your doctor about any medications, thyroid hormones, antithyroid drugs, statins, diabetes medications, blood pressure medications, anti-inflammatories, corticosteroids, anticoagulants, vitamins, biotin, liver supplements, or recent infusion/injection treatments you are using.
- If you are taking biotin, you must inform your doctor, as biotin can interfere with certain immunoassay tests, particularly those for thyroid function and hormones.
- If the goal is to monitor results before and after a treatment course, blood samples should ideally be collected at the same time of day, under the same fasting conditions, and at the same laboratory.
Result interpretation and follow-up
Test results should be interpreted by a physician within the clinical context; individual parameters should not be viewed in isolation. Certain abnormalities may require repeat testing, additional specialized tests, or a referral to a specialist.
Points to consider during interpretation:
- Biological age: An estimate based on algorithms and blood biomarkers, not a diagnostic conclusion. Results may fluctuate temporarily due to inflammation, infection, sleep deprivation, severe stress, dehydration, medication use, or recent strenuous exercise.
- Elevated CRP: The underlying cause of inflammation, infection, or tissue injury must be identified before drawing conclusions regarding biological age or treatment efficacy.
- Low albumin: May be associated with nutritional status, chronic inflammation, liver disease, kidney disease, protein loss, or systemic conditions requiring further evaluation.
- Elevated ALP: May be linked to hepatobiliary or bone disorders, or other causes; correlation with GGT, bilirubin, calcium, vitamin D, PTH, or imaging studies may be required.
- Elevated liver enzymes: Requires assessment for alcohol consumption, medication use, fatty liver, viral hepatitis, hepatobiliary disease, or muscle disorders.
- HBsAg-positive: requires hepatobiliary specialist assessment and testing for HBV DNA, HBeAg/anti-HBe, liver enzymes, and liver fibrosis staging, as appropriate.
- HBsAb low/negative: hepatitis B vaccination may be indicated if immunity is absent and there are no contraindications.
- Anti-HCV positive: requires HCV RNA testing to determine the presence of active HCV infection.
- Abnormal TSH/FT3/FT4: may require thyroid antibody testing, thyroid ultrasound, or endocrinology consultation.
- Reduced eGFR or abnormal electrolytes: requires assessment of renal function, current medications, hydration status, and risk factors prior to infusion or injection.
Expert Insight

The essential cellular health panel includes multiple essential components for a comprehensive health assessment. The Complete Blood Count (CBC) helps detect anemia, immune disorders, or underlying infections. Blood Glucose Metabolism tests (Fasting Blood Sugar, HbA1c) aid in screening for and monitoring the risk of diabetes. The Lipid Panel (Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL) provides an early warning for the risk of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease. Liver and Kidney Function tests (SGOT, SGPT, GGT, Creatinine, Urea, eGFR) help assess the body’s detoxification and blood filtration capabilities, enabling the early detection of organ damage.Thyroid Function tests (TSH, Free T3, Free T4) are beneficial for individuals experiencing fatigue, metabolic disorders, or those undergoing regenerative recovery. Furthermore, HBsAg, HBsAb, and Anti-HCV tests screen for Hepatitis B/C and determine immune status, while the CRP (C-reactive protein) level reflects the body’s overall inflammatory state. This testing package is suitable not only for individuals preparing for or monitoring regenerative therapies but also for anyone requiring routine health check-ups, early detection of physiological imbalances, and proactive disease prevention.
